DrinkQuisition (“we”, “us”) provides a party card game app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• No account required. We don’t require you to create an account to play.
• Local-first. Custom cards and game preferences are stored on your device.
• Analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to understand anonymous app usage and improve the app.
• No selling. We do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Custom cards you create (text you enter into the app).
• Support emails (if you contact us, we receive your email address and message content).

Information collected automatically

• Firebase Analytics events (anonymous app usage data described below).
• Basic diagnostics (e.g., crash reports) if enabled by Apple/iOS or the distribution channel (such as TestFlight).
• Device and OS info (e.g., iOS version, device model) may be included in diagnostics and support requests.

Analytics & Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)

We use Google Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how players use the app, which features are popular, and where improvements are needed.

Examples of analytics data we may collect

• App launches and screen views
• Game sessions (start, continue, complete, abandon)
• Deck progress (cards played, deck completed)
• Interactions (thumbs up/down, delete, restore, restart, etc.)
• Category selections (including “choose mode” category picks)
• Paywall views and upgrade clicks
• Purchase or restore attempts (if enabled in your build)
• Device information (device model, OS version, app version)
• General location (country/region only; not precise location)

What we do NOT collect via analytics

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your address or precise location
• Your contacts
• Your photos

How we use analytics

• Improve gameplay and features
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Measure performance and stability
• Evaluate whether screens and flows are working as intended

How We Use Information

• To run and improve the app (e.g., diagnosing bugs, improving stability).
• To understand which features are used most (analytics).
• To respond to support requests.

Data Storage

Custom cards and gameplay preferences are stored on your device. If you delete the app, this data may be removed from the device (depending on your iOS backup settings).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when:

• Required to comply with law or respond to lawful requests.
• Necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the app.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services that process data under their own policies:

DrinkQuisition is not intended for children under the age required in your region to use the app. If you believe a child has provided us personal information via support email, contact us and we will address it.

Your Choices

• You can delete custom cards and reset app data within the app (where available).
• You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.
• You may limit analytics collection using device-level privacy controls (where available).

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
