TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DrinkQuisition mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your region to use this App. The App is intended for a mature audience.
2) License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
3) User Content (Custom Cards)
The App may allow you to create custom cards. You are responsible for any content you create and use in the App.
- You agree not to create or use content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, obscene, or that violates the rights of others.
- Custom cards are stored locally on your device unless the App explicitly provides cloud syncing in a future update.
4) Prohibited Use
- Do not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or bypass access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
- Do not use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5) Purchases & Subscriptions (if enabled)
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If enabled:
- Payments are processed by Apple (or Google on Android) and are subject to their terms.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
- You can restore eligible purchases using the “Restore Purchases” feature (where available).
6) Analytics & App Improvement
The App uses anonymous analytics tools, including Google Firebase Analytics, to understand usage and improve features, performance, and stability. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
7) Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App.
9) Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
